DAVEY EUWEMA - FOUNDER

Davey Euwema is the ‘DE’ in Dedicate PR & Communications, bringing years of experience in the motorsport media ecosystem and a vast knowledge of global endurance/sportscar racing.

Born in 1997, Davey grew up watching Formula 1, first falling in love with racing as he watched Juan Pablo Montoya battle Michael Schumacher for the world championship in the early 2000s. Gradually, that morphed into a passion for endurance racing and the 24 Hours of Le Mans. He attended his first Le Mans in 2018 and hasn't missed once since.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Rotterdam’s Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 2019 and gaining early experience working in local news and radio broadcasting, Davey set his sights on a career in endurance racing.

​

Davey spent seven years as an accredited journalist working trackside at the world’s most prominent endurance racing championships, including the likes of the FIA World Endurance Championship, IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, GT World Challenge Europe and Intercontinental GT Challenge. His work was published by publications such as Sportscar365 and Autosport Magazine.

During his years working in motorsport paddocks across the globe, Davey built a deep knowledge base of the inner workings of endurance racing and established relationships with some of the most famous and well-known teams, manufacturers and drivers in the sport.

Combine that with years of experience as a writer, a strong understanding of the role of media in the racing ecosystem and a deep passion for the world’s most exciting sport and it’s easy to see why Davey is uniquely qualified to develop and deliver public relations strategies for teams up and down the paddock.
